Our salesman Phillip was wonderful to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. The only issue we had was at the actual time of purchase the poor guy was running back and forth between three customers. He really was doing the best he could. Usually at the end of purchase the salesman comes out and shows you how to use the equipment in the car, because Phillip was so busy, he wasn’t able to. I don’t know why no one else there offered to help him out. The finance guy was really nice to us UNTIL we refused the extended warranty and then his attitude towards us changed, he definitely became more aloof towards us. Overall we feel we had a positive experience and we got a good price on the exact used car my husband wanted. If you go there, ask for Phillip.

My sales person was Mike. He is not a salesman. Instead, he is a knowledgeable person who listens to his customers needs and requests. As a result, I was shown three cars. He answered my questions and walked me through the finance process. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend him!

My sales person Howard is awesome. Having a certified Honda is a good deal and gives you peace of mind knowing that the car was fully inspected and has some warranties on it. I'm really happy so far with the service even after buying the car if you have a problem you can call them up and they're really good about it. You can go to the CarMax it's 2 mi away and you can even check out the prices which are very comparable but like I said with a certified Honda you do have some protections, that other car places do not give on a used car.

Wonderful service department! I have bought my cars from Mueller for years because of the great service dept. Recently, I had an accident and called to see if they could make sure my car was safe to drive. The service manager Mark said they were busy but if I could call back in an hour .. he would be able to have my car checked out. I called back and he said bring it in. They inspected it and thankfully the damage was only cosmetic. That’s the reason why I continue to choose Mueller Honda for my cars and service! Dr. Susan Feingold
